The staff is fantastic, fluent in English, and made us feel at home. The landscape, gardens, and view are first class. Bird watching at sunrise from the west patio is world class. The location provides a stunning view over the Yungas landscape.

During my Christmas stay at a mountain retreat, I appreciated the stunning views and fresh air from the balconies. The cozy fireplace and the clean rooms that were thoughtfully decorated also added to the overall ambiance of the place. the location offered a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, with easy access to nearby hiking trails and scenic viewpoints.

Despite the lovely surroundings, I found a few issues with the hotel. The Wi-Fi signal was not consistently reliable, making it difficult to stay connected with friends and family back home.

Great views and good room size. the pool was well-maintained and relaxing.

Poor communication and bad service. No mention of fees for lunch or drinks, and no partial refund offered when they couldn't be consumed.
